Managing over 7,000 general needs homes on behalf of the Group, Arena Homes has built a reputation for strong service delivery and innovation; we pioneered the introduction of Customer Service Managers in 2006, were instrumental in the Group’s successful Audit Commission inspection and completely remodelled our back office systems in 2007.
