Leasowe Community Homes welcomes complaints as we are committed to improving our services and learning by our mistakes. If you are unhappy about the services we provide you can contact us by:

Initial complaints are dealt with by an LCH Staff member as outlined within our Complaints Policy. If you are unhappy with the way your complaint has been handled you can escalate the complaint through our internal complains policy and procedure. All our complaints are monitored independently by our parent company who will contact you to ensure that you are happy with the way your complaint was dealt with. All complaints are reported to Leasowe Community Homes Managing Director and LCH Board.
LCH is required to belong to the Housing Ombudsman Service. This service deals with complaints between a landlord and a tenant when the internal complaints procedure has been exhausted. If you require further information go to
