Rent Arrears
If you find that you are struggling to pay your rent contact LCH immediately and we will arrange affordable instalments so that you can pay off your arrears. LCH staff will assist you in ensuring that you are claiming the correct benefit and will contact the relevant agencies on your behalf.
If you do not make an arrangement to pay your arrears then we will always take court action to secure payments which could put your home at risk. This action is never taken lightly and LCH will try to assist you and explain our arrears process to you to help you remain in your home.
