Assignment of Tenancy

 

Tenants of Leasowe Community Homes have the right to assign their tenancy with another tenant of a Registered Social Landlord. This used to be known as a Mutual Exchange. It is a way of tenants being able to resolve their own housing needs and choosing where they want to live. In certain circumstances restrictions preventing the assignment may apply.
