Leasowe Community Homes (LCH) was set up in 1999 as a subsidiary of Arena Housing Association to take over the management of 1,100 homes in Leasowe from Wirral Borough Council. The unique solution to set up the non-profit making Local Housing Company - the first of its kind in the North West - ensured the residents of Leasowe retained their own identity, while enjoying the security and support offered by Arena.

 

LCH's Mission statement is “to invest in the community of Leasowe and help to create an attractive, safe and crime free environment where people choose to live and work”.
