A Good Neighbourhood Agreement is a statement of rejection for all forms of anti social behaviour and is a declaration to respect the needs and lifestyles of everyone living, working and visiting Leasowe, irrespective of their racial, ethnic, disability, sexual orientation or religious background in the interest of creating and maintaining a happy and stable community.

LETA and LCH together have agreed to the introduction of a Good Neighbourhood Agreement working in partnership with other stakeholders to promote the visions and values of residents and stakeholders.
