Corporate Services is headed up by Paul Smith, Executive Director of Operations, and is part of the Parent Group, with responsibility for providing operational support to all members of the Arena Housing Group.
The team is responsible for providing support to the Board, strategic direction resident involvement, including support to the resident board and resident inspection team. Overseeing business improvement for the Group, including service improvement teams and the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Strategy. Analysis and implementation of customer feedback is a key role for the team in helping to shape services to what our customers want.
